Role and Responsibilities

· Take any incoming calls from customers and assist or re-route to appropriate team member

· Pull payments from Comerica and RBC

-Comerica consists of -TX and CA Lockboxes, ACH’s, Wires, & Commercial Deposits

-RBC consists of – CAD Lockbox, ACH’s, Wires, & Credit Cards

· Track incoming wires sent from SCR’s and Account Managers

· Scan and save all payments received to the shared drive

· CC’s and Reconciliation

· Posting Payments in Macola- Remits and Review short pays, over pays, and discount issues

· Send Cash Receipts Report Daily

This role is a hybrid role being in the office 3 days and working remotely 2 days.
